- Letter from your employer explaining nature and duration of your business trip to Bangladesh.
- Letter of invitation from the host company in Bangladesh
- Passport must have 3 blank pages
- 5 Colour Passport Photographs
- 2 Completed and signed Bangladeshi Visa application forms [Download]
- Complete and sign the "The Schengen Office Case Sheet" and "The Schengen Office Terms and Conditions" [Download]
- Schengen Office Handling Fee £35.25 + Embassy Fee [See below]
