• A government endorsed invitation letter/fax from company in China
• Passport that meets requirements set by the Embassy of China in London [Explained]
• Travel itinerary
• Two Colour Passport Photographs
• Complete and sign the Chinese Visa application form [Download]
• Complete and sign the "The Schengen Office Case Sheet" and "The Schengen Office Terms and Conditions" [Download]
• The Schengen Office Handling Fee: 47 GBP plus
• Embassy Fee [See below]

• 3 months validity / 3 working days processing time

• Multiple / 3 working days processing time

Express Service

• 48 hours - additional 26.75 GBP per application
• Same day - additional 31.75 GBP per application

*Note: Original air ticket must be produced, showing that you are leaving for China on the day or following day before 9 am. All same day applications must be submitted before 11 am.
