• Letter from your employer explaining nature and duration of your business trip to Ghana.
• Passport that meets requirements set by the Embassy of Ghana in London [Explained]
• 3 Colour Passport Photographs
• Proof of sufficient funds - Copy and Orignal Current Bank Statement
• UK Company Letter
• Proof of Return tickets
• Complete and sign the Ghanaian Visa application form [Download]
• Complete and sign the "The Schengen Office Case Sheet" and "The Schengen Office Terms and Conditions" [Download]
• Schengen Office Handling Fee £35.25 + Embassy Fee [See below]

Ghanaian "Business Visa" Fees:

• Single entry: £30.00
• Multiple entry: £40.00
• One year visa: £60.00
• Two year visa: £70.00
• Transit visa: £10.00
