Please note that UK Visas have to be stamped in your passport - Home Office Letters with the UK visa stamp are not accepted by the embassy.

• Letter from your employer explaining nature and duration of your business trip to Italy.
• Letter of invitation from the host company in Italy
• Passport that meets requirements set by the Embassy of Italy in London [Explained]
• Proof of Travel (not always requested)[Explained]
• Proof of Accommodation [Explained]
• Bank Statement [Explained]
• Travel Insurance
• Two Colour Passport Photographs
• Complete and sign the Italy Visa application form [Download]
• Complete and sign the "The Schengen Office Case Sheet" and "The Schengen Office Terms and Conditions" [Download]
• The Schengen Office Handling Fee: 77 GBP
