Requirements for a Kazakh Business Visa Application

• Letter from your employer explaining nature and duration of your business trip to Kazakhstan.
• Letter of invitation from the host company in Kazakhstan*
• Negative AIDS test certificate for stays over 3 months
• Passport that meets requirements set by the Embassy of Kazakhstan in London [Explained]
• Bank Statement [Explained]
• 3 Colour Passport Photographs
• Complete and sign the Kazakh Visa application form [Download]
• Complete and sign the "The Schengen Office Case Sheet" and "The Schengen Office Terms and Conditions" [Download]
• Schengen Office Handling Fee £41.50 + Embassy Fee [See below]

*Note: Not required for up to one month single entry visas. Must be registered by the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kazakhstan. Having the invitation registered, the inviting party should send the same invitation with registration number to the person applying for a visa.

Kazakh "Business Visa" Fees:

• Single entry: £47.00 (for 30 days)
• Double entry: £70.50 (for 60 days)
• Triple-entry: £82.25 (for 3 months)
• Multiple-entry: £128.00 (for 12 months)
