• Proof of Accommodation in Myanmar [Explained]
• 5 Colour Passport Photographs
• Complete and sign the Myanmar Visa application form [Download]
• Complete and sign the "The Schengen Office Case Sheet" and "The Schengen Office Terms and Conditions" [Download]
• Schengen Office Handling Fee (£35.25 + £10.00 for each additional applicant) + Embassy Fee [See below]
