Requirements for a Polish Business Visa Application

For the holders of the following passports, the processing time takes about one month and the procedure may be extended AND APPLICANTS MAY BE REQUESTED TO APPLY IN PERSON: Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Burundi, Colombia, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Indonesia, Iraq, Iran, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Nigeria, North Korea, Oman, Pakistani, Palestine, Philippines, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia Somalia, Sudan, Surinam, Syria, Tunisia, Vietnam, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Travel Document Holders. For holders of other passports, the processing time takes about 15 working days. The procedure may be extended. Please, note that the express service is no longer available.

  • Letter from your employer explaining nature and duration of your business trip to Poland.
  • Letter of invitation from the host company in Poland*
  • Passport that meets requirements set by the Embassy of Poland in London [Explained]
  • Travel Insurance (valid in Poland)
  • Two Colour Passport Photographs
  • Complete and sign the Polish Visa application form [Download]
  • Complete and sign the "The Schengen Office Case Sheet" and "The Schengen Office Terms and Conditions" [Download]
  • The Schengen Office Handling Fee: 46 GBP

Polish "Business Visa" Fees:

Embassy/Visa fee is between £42.00 to £48.00 depending on the EURO/GBP exchange.
