• Letter from your employer explaining nature and duration of your business trip to Russia.
• Passport that meets requirements set by the Embassy of Russia in London [Explained]
• Official invitation* from:>
  Russian Foreign MinistryOR Regional representatives OR Ministry of Interior
  
• Two Colour Passport Photographs
• The Russian embassy will only accept online application forms. See: http://www.rusemblon.org/ - Complete the application online, print it out on A4 and sign.
• Complete and sign the "The Schengen Office Case Sheet" and "The Schengen Office Terms and Conditions" [Download]
• The Schengen Office Handling Fee: 94 GBP
• Embassy Fee [See below]
